About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and grow a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives. This role owns the top of the funnel, driving qualified outbound pipeline while developing strong sales talent. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, coaching, and building a team that consistently performs at a high level. This is an active, open full-time opportunity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting generation targets
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
  • Experience coaching reps and improving performance through structured feedback
  • Data-driven approach to managing activity, conversion rates, and forecasting
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred, especially within IT or Microsoft 365-related environments
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and scaling SDR teams in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the SDR team, managing day-to-day performance and growth
  • Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with clear, practical coaching
  • Own outbound pipeline targets and ensure consistent delivery of qualified opportunities
  • Build and refine prospecting strategies across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor activity and conversion metrics, identify gaps, and adjust approach
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, onboarding, and training programs
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, data hygiene, and reliable reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on targeting, lead flow, and handoffs
  • Report on team performance, pipeline trends, and forecasts
