The Revenue Strategy & Enablement team at Airwallex sits at the heart of our commercial engine, empowering sales and commercial teams to win in a fast-paced environment. We collaborate closely with commercial leaders, product marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver world-class enablement programs, content, and training. Our mission is to accelerate revenue growth by equipping and coaching our teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to succeed – across both core and new products, and in every region we serve. Airwallex is looking for a commercially savvy operator with experience in enablement, new product launches, and market entry to help accelerate our growth across the United States. You’ll work at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Commercial – driving high-impact initiatives that support our SME & Growth frontline teams and unlock new revenue opportunities. We’re seeking someone with a strong foundation (or a strong interest) in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution and content excellence.
