Revenue Enablement Program Manager

FullbayPhoenix, AZ
$75,000 - $100,000Remote

About The Position

The Revenue Enablement Program Manager is the operational engine of Fullbay's Revenue Enablement function. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of enablement programs that equip our Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to perform — carrying initiatives from discovery and cross-functional alignment, through strategic planning and program management, into content development, live delivery, and measurement. It is a rare blend of program management discipline and hands-on enablement craft: one day mapping stakeholders and building a project plan, the next writing a facilitator script or analyzing whether a program actually moved the needle. This role also develops and owns Fullbay's ongoing onboarding and ramp program for customer-facing teams. The Right Wrench for the Job In a heavy-duty shop, the tech who earns trust isn't the one waiting for instructions on every bolt — it's the one who knows the job, makes smart calls at the bay, and speaks up when there's a better way to get the truck back on the road. That's the mindset this role is built for. You'll own the execution of real programs end-to-end, with some guidance around strategy and prioritization. The high-level strategy is set in partnership with the Manager of Revenue Enablement — but how those outcomes get achieved is yours to run. You're the right fit if you're an organized, self-directed professional who can hold a dozen moving parts without dropping one, who's as comfortable building a training deck as building a project timeline, and who brings ideas to the table rather than waiting to be handed them. We're looking for someone who proposes, decides, and executes with autonomy. If you want to build and deliver enablement that visibly changes how customer-facing teams perform, in a function that's growing fast and taking shape in real time — and you're ready to make a real contribution from week one — we'd like to talk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or related field (Preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, learning & development, program/project management, or a closely related GTM function
  • Demonstrated experience owning programs or projects end-to-end — from planning through delivery and measurement
  • Experience building customer-facing or internal enablement content (training materials, decks, guides, or similar)
  • Fluency across the full enablement lifecycle — discovery, strategic alignment, program management, content development and delivery, and measurement
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to hold multiple concurrent initiatives without losing the thread
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build clear, polished content and explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Self-directed professional judgment — makes decisions, proposes strategic ideas, and executes without needing to be told how
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, still-forming function; thrives on ambiguity within a clear strategic frame
  • Interest in and comfort with AI tools, or eagerness to learn (Claude experience a plus)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Sandler Selling methodology a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partners with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to surface enablement needs, define problems, and align on what success looks like before work begins
  • Conducts discovery to understand audience, business context, and the behavior change a program is meant to drive
  • Translates ambiguous asks into clearly scoped programs with defined audiences, outcomes, and success measures
  • Strategic & Learning Design Planning: Proposes program approaches and learning strategies, often bringing recommendations to leadership rather than waiting for direction
  • Designs enablement programs grounded in the company’s sales methodology and Fullbay’s GTM motion
  • Sequences and prioritizes work across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, flagging collisions and dependencies early
  • Program & Project Management: Owns program execution end-to-end — building timelines, managing deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and driving initiatives to completion against deadlines
  • Maintains project plans and status, keeping initiatives, deliverables, and owners current and visible
  • Manages multiple time-sensitive programs simultaneously in a fast-changing environment, making independent decisions on how outcomes are achieved
  • Content Development & Delivery: Builds enablement content and training materials — decks, facilitator scripts, one-pagers, talk tracks, coaching guides, and certification materials
  • Facilitates or supports live training delivery for customer-facing teams, and produces the follow-up materials that reinforce it
  • Repurposes and maintains content across formats and shared libraries, ensuring materials stay current, accurate, and easy to find
  • Measurement & Reporting: Defines and tracks how enablement programs perform, tying deliverables and programs to measurable outcomes
  • Uses program data to recommend what to continue, adjust, or retire
  • General: Uses Claude and other AI tools to accelerate drafting, program management, content development, and analysis
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
