About The Position

The Manager, Research & Insights leads the Consumer Imaging Division’s research strategy and turns consumer, category, product, and retail intelligence into clear business recommendations. Working across Marketing, Sales, senior leadership, retail partners, Tokyo Headquarters, and other regional teams, this role builds the annual research roadmap, oversees custom and syndicated research, and delivers actionable insights that support growth, innovation, portfolio optimization, and business planning. It combines primary research, syndicated sources, and available business data to inform decisions involving Fujifilm’s camera, printer, and photo-output portfolios. Success involves producing timely, rigorous research and clear recommendations that are adopted in business planning, product and marketing decisions, sales narratives, and retail-partner conversations.
