About The Position
The Radiology Manager is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department and the Breast Imaging Center. There are approximately 23 direct reports across these two departments. The Radiology department offers a range of services including inpatient and outpatient general radiology, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, DEXA, and CT scanning. Additionally, the department serves as a clinical training site for Radiology students from Santa Barbara City College.
Requirements
- BA degree or comparable training and experience which provides skills to perform the job tasks completely.
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
- Valid certificate (CRT) from the state of California or an equivalent license/certification from a nationally recognized credentialing body.
- 5 years clinical radiology experience.
- 3 years supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- ARRT registered
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 7 years clinical radiology experience.
