This position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals, with a primary focus on optimizing the technology tools, systems, and processes that support scalable partner operations. This role is critical to the success and scalability of Covista’s partnerships with Healthcare Employers to support the growth of our institutions. This back-end role project manages implementations and ongoing management of Elevate partnerships across cloud-based tools, including key deliverables and timelines across multiple workstreams for both implementation and ongoing support. It supports implementations and partnership management while helping drive technology development across CDX pods—working closely with the CDX delivery manager to identify risks and manage expectations for technical enhancements needed for scale. Leveraging hands-on experience with systems such as Salesforce, Banner, and Power BI, this role helps shape and implement the technology roadmap for partner programs, while working across all Covista Solutions program/project implementations and contributing to execution as needed. In addition, this role supports process refinement and documentation, works closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership to manage timelines, risks, resource needs (helping shift allocations based on project progress), and helps identify opportunities to improve how work gets done across teams.
