About The Position

This role oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic digital product. The Manager, Product Manager will influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. They will provide guidance and coach digital product teams towards best practices and learnings, and manage product teams' support of messaging, communication, and client outreach as necessary. This role also facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Additionally, the Manager, Product Manager leads the planning, development, and implementation of new products with significant impact, defining and analyzing markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. They will influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience and participate in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. The role also includes participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Five years related business experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Three years of leading cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
