About the Team The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Manager of Product Management for Incentive Platforms, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This highly collaborative and user-centric position involves defining incentive marketing bonus structures that support business growth objectives and increases optionality for our customers. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of incentive bonus capabilities. Additionally, this role will coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these bonus payment optimizations. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
