Product Manager - Connectivity Platform

Plaid•New York, NY
•$190,800 - $262,800

About The Position

The Product Manager for Connectivity Platform owns the platform capabilities that keep Plaid’s data supply reliable and efficient, helping determine what to build as the network evolves. The role drives discovery to identify high-value work, owns the roadmap, and partners closely with engineering to balance technical trade-offs with business value. The position requires technical depth and a willingness to build new platform capabilities. Plaid’s Connectivity team brings banks, credit unions, and other data partners onto its network and builds integrations used by Plaid products. Its work includes automation that can build integrations without human intervention and help repair them when they break, as well as expanding data access, improving data completeness, and enabling partners to support account actions in addition to data sharing. The role works with an engineering lead on the Connectivity platform strategy and roadmap, including integration automation, migration orchestration, and data quality initiatives. It also serves internal teams that depend on the platform, translating their needs into actionable requests, and establishes and tracks key metrics.
