Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, driving successful product strategies and launches.
Strong knowledge of IP networks, architecture, and design within telecommunications and managed hosting environments.
Demonstrated success in defining, building, and launching high-performing products that deliver measurable business impact.
Deep understanding of software development processes and the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
Outstanding writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
Confidence in interfacing with customers and stakeholders, delivering world-class service and tailored solutions.
Skilled in creating and delivering dynamic presentations and training sessions, adapting messaging for different audiences.
Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to resolving complex challenges under pressure.
Ability to instruct and support customers effectively across on-site, online, and remote channels.
Expertise in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to achieve business objectives.
Proven ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across teams to deliver results.

Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of products, platforms, and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
Support employee growth through career path planning, succession strategies, and advancement opportunities.
Build strong relationships with partners, OEMs, and internal teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
Drive product adoption, market growth, and ensure on-time delivery of features and enhancements.
