As the Manager of Product Management, you will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for our Contact Center (Sales & Service) and Site-Specific application portfolios. This role requires a leader who is not only a strategist but also a pioneer in the "Next-Gen" of product management. You will be responsible for casting a vision of the future that integrates Generative AI into the Guest and Cast experience, while simultaneously utilizing AI-driven tools (such as Cursor) to revolutionize our internal product definition and delivery workflows. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 5–6 Product Managers to drive measurable business outcomes across a diverse global ecosystem.
