Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Account Management, specifically within Aerospace or Defense environments.
  • Advanced mastery of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and stock rotation programs.
  • Proven track record of managing professional employees and supervisors in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level presentations for C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced data analysis (Excel/Power BI) to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year strategy and product roadmap for a dedicated business group, ensuring alignment with global corporate goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to prioritize requirements and ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to specify requirements for current and future products, delivering high-fidelity requirement documents and mock-ups to development teams.
  • Lead and develop high-performing software, quality, and product teams across on-shore and off-shore (EMEA) locations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the VP to develop product tactics and present business cases to C-Suite level suppliers and customers.
  • Oversee strategic purchasing operations for niche military and aerospace suppliers, ensuring compliance and supply chain integrity.
  • Manage departmental plans, resource allocation, and operational challenges while setting performance objectives and conducting reviews for technical and business support teams.
