Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Account Management, specifically within Aerospace or Defense environments.
Advanced mastery of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and stock rotation programs.
Proven track record of managing professional employees and supervisors in a global, matrixed environment.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level presentations for C-Suite stakeholders.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced data analysis (Excel/Power BI) to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the multi-year strategy and product roadmap for a dedicated business group, ensuring alignment with global corporate goals.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to prioritize requirements and ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to specify requirements for current and future products, delivering high-fidelity requirement documents and mock-ups to development teams.
Lead and develop high-performing software, quality, and product teams across on-shore and off-shore (EMEA) locations.
Act as a strategic partner to the VP to develop product tactics and present business cases to C-Suite level suppliers and customers.
Oversee strategic purchasing operations for niche military and aerospace suppliers, ensuring compliance and supply chain integrity.
Manage departmental plans, resource allocation, and operational challenges while setting performance objectives and conducting reviews for technical and business support teams.
