We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical resource to assist in selling customized HVAC product solutions. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. In addition, the candidate will then take the field feedback back to our product management and engineering teams to assist in the development of roadmaps and marketing collateral. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC system design and sales support.
  • 1 + years of strong technical knowledge with HVAC products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop customized HVAC solutions.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information necessary for designing HVAC systems.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and technical documentation for customers.
  • Manage customer performance request pipeline.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Assist with SIOP and long-range planning.
