About The Position

The Identity Journey Intelligence team builds data assets, features, and products that help Capital One understand customers across their full journey—not just a single session—to reduce fraud and customer friction simultaneously. This is an individual-contributor product role within Customer Identity, partnering with engineering, business analysts, data analysts, and lines of business to define strategy and execute identity features and data products. The role helps establish and scale how Capital One enriches and distributes identity and device data enterprise-wide, while building a culture of journey-level, data-driven decision-making across the company. The position leads strategy and execution for Journey Intelligence data features and the Customer Authentication Data Product. It also drives feature-catalog prioritization and adoption of identity data products across lines of business, identifies new use cases for journey-level data, and provides thought leadership on identity data and journey-level decision-making. Capital One expects product managers to demonstrate proficiency in five areas: human-centered product development, business-focused execution, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The role is designated hybrid, with on-site presence required according to Capital One’s hybrid policy at the designated office location. Capital One will not sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
