Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Supplier Management
About The Position
As a Product Manager on Capital One’s Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) Product team, you will oversee the lifecycle of the organization’s Salesforce applications. You will manage the day-to-day health of these systems and support the evolution of solutions used to manage Capital One’s third parties. The ESM organization manages Capital One’s holistic relationships with key third parties to enable a well-managed and adaptable supply chain. Product managers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in Capital One’s five product-framework areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership. These areas emphasize understanding customer needs, delivering business outcomes, using technology to create resilient solutions, resolving complex problems while mitigating product risks, and leading cross-functional teams toward organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining by the scheduled start date, a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered product management, business-focused execution, technology-driven solution delivery, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
