About The Position
Capital One Product Management focuses on reimagining the status quo, identifying value-creation opportunities, and delivering innovative, sustainable customer experiences through technology. The Enterprise Data team is cross-functional, aligning product, technology, design, machine learning, and risk partners to build a modern data ecosystem. Its focus is enabling real-time intelligent experiences by ensuring data is well-managed, easy to govern, and simple to find, understand, and use. The team is building a unified data destination centered on platforms such as OneStream and One Lake. Its imperatives include strengthening data trust through smart automation, scaling prioritized data products, and expanding the use of external data. The role is expected to demonstrate proficiency in Capital One’s Product Framework: human-centered product solutions, business-focused outcomes, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership across cross-functional teams. The position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree expected to be obtained on or before the scheduled start date; or a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
