Since 1962, Surrey Place has supported people with varying and complex needs in the Toronto region and more recently, Northwestern Ontario. Surrey Place is accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada through the healthcare program. Reporting to the Director, Research, Evaluation and Bioethics, the Manager, Philanthropy will play a key role in advancing the mandate and mission of the Surrey Place Charitable Foundation. This position is responsible for building and stewarding strong donor relationships, growing unrestricted and major gift revenue, positioning Surrey Place as a charity of choice, and securing philanthropic resources required to create meaningful impact across the communities we serve. The Manager, Philanthropy will also be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of major and planned gifts and will contribute to the development and execution of the annual giving strategy to grow donor participation and overall revenue.
