About The Position

We're seeking a strong operations and administrative professional to lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and access management across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in operations, hospitality, facilities, retail, logistics, or workforce administration who understands that business success starts with having the right people in place and ready to work. This is an operations-first role focused on workforce readiness, administrative excellence, and business support. You'll own the systems and processes that keep locations staffed, compliant, and running smoothly, with success measured by operational results and execution.

Requirements

5+ years of operations, administration, workforce coordination, people operations, or similar experience.
Experience supporting multi-site operations.
Strong organizational, planning, and process management skills.
Experience with HRIS, workforce management, scheduling, or operational systems.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all required airport security credentials, including a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Seal and airport badge. Obtaining and maintaining these credentials may require presentation of certain identification documents and successful completion of any security review, credentialing process, or background check required by the airport, TSA, and/or U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Responsibilities

Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders.
Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one.
Oversee employee records, badging, access credentials, and compliance requirements.
Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution.
Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
