About The Position
The nurse manager practices within the mission, vision, and values of ECU Health and maintains 24-hour accountability for unit operations. This clinical leader focuses on excellent patient outcomes, patient and family engagement, workforce management and development, and clinical efficiency. As a front-line leader, the manager partners with physicians and manages staff and resources to promote safe, timely, efficient, effective, and patient-focused unit operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a higher nursing-related degree is required at ECU Health Medical Center.
- Three to four years of related experience.
- Registered Nurse license, maintained with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
