About The Position

The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop innovative solutions, and implement process improvements that drive results. The manager oversees resource allocation, monitors project progress, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and providing subject matter expertise, this position contributes to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and the successful delivery of business initiatives within a dynamic operational environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing multiple operational work streams with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to design, organize, and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and accountability in driving operational improvements and meeting business goals.
  • Experience in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and corrective action to ensure project success.
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
