Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe and operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. Our Operational Readiness & Performance Office is seeking a Manager, Operational Readiness. This role will be responsible for implementing operational readiness for the GO&UPE Operations division. It ensures readiness is achieved in a planned and measured way. It provides people management for a diverse team of professionals, including program, change, and customer experience specialists.
