About The Position

The Manager of Project Management leads ambitious projects within nVent Trachte/Engineered Building Solutions, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. The role oversees project delivery against timelines, budgets, quality and reliability standards, and coordinates project teams, resources, schedules, and project managers. It also monitors project status and supports the development and performance of project managers while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience handling complex construction projects and aligning with customers on preconstruction deliverables and schedules.
• Results orientation and motivation to deliver projects successfully and meet related parties’ needs on time.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project goals and deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and reliability standards.
• Coordinate and lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and determining resource needs.
• Monitor and report project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Coordinate the assignment, development, and performance of project managers.
• Encourage a collaborative and inclusive environment.
