  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, including ERP integration, data analytics, and project management software and systems.
  • Experience developing complex business cases, ROI models, project budgets, and portfolio reporting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, including the ability to gain support from skeptical stakeholders and frontline staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional credentials such as Certified Associate in PMO (CA-PMO) or PMI Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP).

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a unified project management playbook, including project intake, charters, planning templates, approval checkpoints, and reporting standards.
  • Apply Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and Waterfall practices as appropriate to the scope and complexity of each initiative.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, ownership, success measures, and acceptance criteria with business sponsors.
  • Coach project managers and functional project leads to strengthen delivery discipline and accountability.
  • Oversee system migrations, new initiatives, and technology installations from planning through implementation and transition to ongoing operations.
  • Develop integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, communications, training, testing, and deployment readiness.
  • Coordinate phased rollouts with corporate and facility leaders to minimize disruption to daily operations and client service.
  • Track risks, issues, and scope changes; escalate barriers and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain a prioritized portfolio aligned with business strategy, organizational capacity, and expected value.
  • Partner with department leaders to allocate staff, vendor support, and capital resources while balancing project needs with daily responsibilities.
  • Identify resource conflicts and project dependencies; recommend adjustments to priorities, sequencing, or staffing.
  • Develop business cases and return on investment models with Finance and business owners, documenting costs, benefits, assumptions, and risks.
  • Manage the project portfolio budget, monitor spending and forecasts, and address variances with project sponsors.
  • Implement a real-time portfolio dashboard showing project status, milestones, spending, risks, and overall health.
  • Review completed projects to measure results against approved business cases and incorporate lessons learned.
  • Lead acquisition integration planning and execution across relevant departments, with clear workstreams, owners, milestones, and escalation paths.
  • Coordinate the transition of acquired entities into HCSG operating procedures, systems, reporting, and project management practices.
  • Track integration readiness, operational dependencies, and post-transition issues to support continuity and successful adoption.
  • Serve as the primary project liaison among business leaders, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other relevant departments.
  • Build stakeholder support, resolve competing priorities, and communicate decisions and project impacts clearly.
  • Coordinate communications, training, and readiness assessments so corporate and frontline teams can adopt new systems and processes.
