About The Position

The Manager of Project Management leads ambitious projects within nVent Trachte/Engineered Building Solutions and ensures successful execution from start to finish. The role is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting quality and reliability standards, coordinating project teams and resources, monitoring and reporting project status, and overseeing the development and performance of project managers. The manager is expected to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience handling complex construction projects and aligning with customers on preconstruction deliverables and schedules.
• Results orientation and motivation to deliver projects successfully and meet related parties’ needs on time.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project achievements and goals are met on time and within budget while adhering to quality and reliability standards.
• Coordinate and lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and determining resource needs.
• Monitor and report project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Coordinate the assignment, development, and performance of project managers.
• Encourage a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Handle complex construction projects and align with customers on preconstruction deliverables and schedules.
