About The Position

The Manager of Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a wide range of marketing initiatives across local operations, acquisitions, greenfield openings, and rebranding efforts. This role serves as a central hub for project intake, execution, communication, and performance tracking, ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable driving projects from initiation through execution and completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools and marketing workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting acquisitions, franchise, or multi-location businesses
  • Familiarity with creative production, branding, and marketing asset management
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket repair and maintenance industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake of marketing requests and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Route projects to appropriate internal team members and external partners.
  • Lead weekly marketing meetings, including agenda setting and facilitation.
  • Track progress and ensure follow-through on all action items.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Coordinate the transfer and acquisition of marketing assets, properties, and intellectual property.
  • Partner with sellers to ensure proper ownership access and asset handoff.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal team members to schedule and execute installation of branded materials (e.g., signage, graphics).
  • Provide weekly status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Execute established marketing processes for new site openings, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Ensure agencies have all necessary materials and coordinate logistics.
  • Schedule and manage pre-opening activities.
  • Deliver weekly updates on project status, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Develop detailed project timelines outlining each phase of rebranding efforts.
  • Coordinate with agencies/internal teams to ensure timely development and install of creative assets.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide regular status updates, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
