About The Position

The ITS Epic Informatics Manager leads and directs the resources responsible for managing and supporting the Epic electronic health record (EHR) and related clinical systems. The role drives the efficient operation and optimization of these systems and user satisfaction by translating business needs into informatics solutions that enhance patient care and experience. The manager oversees application analysts and specialists, supports their growth, and ensures their work aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The position calls for strategic and hands-on leadership, technical and managerial competency, and a commitment to excellent customer service for clinical and administrative users.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in Information Technology or Healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, an applicable clinical/ancillary field, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• PMI Certification.
