ITS Epic ClinDoc Analyst- Remote
About The Position
The ITS Epic ClinDoc Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting assigned software applications. The analyst works with operational teams across ProMedica and mentors less experienced IT EMR staff. The role plans clinical system implementations and upgrades, ensuring adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes. It also trains IT employees, advises end users on operating their information systems, and keeps the training team informed about new functions and system changes. This remote role is limited to eligible U.S. residents and requires residence within 150 miles of Toledo, Ohio.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years of relevant clinical experience.
- Must achieve Epic ClinDoc and Clinical Case Management certification in the primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.
- Obtaining and maintaining Epic certification in the primary application is a mandatory job requirement.
- Must reside within 150 miles of Toledo, Ohio 43604.

- Bachelor’s degree or three years of experience in Information Technology.

- Five to seven years of relevant clinical experience.
- Epic certification.
