Bard College Information Technology is seeking an experienced, creative, and driven manager and technologist to advance the College’s end-user technology, create lasting improvements, and support the mission of the College. The Manager of Desktop Support and Operations is a full-time, in-person role reporting directly to the CIO and leads the extremely capable Desktop Support team. The ideal applicant will have several years of personnel and IT management experience, with demonstrated technical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Bard IT offers a ‘small shop’ atmosphere with a vital role in a large organization. There are many opportunities to become involved in campus projects and the position will offer freedom and support to create, experiment, and learn. About Bard Bard College’s main campus is in Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y., with 1,900 undergraduate students; the College also includes multiple graduate programs.
