About The Position

This role involves updating device firmware and configuration of active asset location tags. The primary responsibilities include locating tags that require updates, swapping them with tags that have the latest software, and updating the system configuration to reflect the current state of updated tags. The position also requires updating and presenting daily/weekly status reports for tag updates and replacements, and managing quality assurance control documentation and reporting for these processes. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines and operational objectives.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
