About The Position
This is a 12-month contract/project assignment for an Installation Technician specializing in VoIP/Cisco Phones. The role is based 100% onsite in downtown Indianapolis and requires working Monday through Friday during standard business hours. The technician will assist with the installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems, configure and test Cisco phone equipment, support workstation and phone setup, troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues, and document progress while communicating updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience with technology installations, structured cabling, telecommunications, or hardware deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Cisco phone systems and/or VoIP technology preferred.
Responsibilities
