About The Position

The Manager of Cash Reconciliation is responsible for the daily reconciliation of all payments and oversees daily and monthly reconciliation workflows to ensure all cash is accounted for. The manager investigates and resolves cash reconciliation discrepancies. As an integral member of the revenue cycle operations team, the manager helps develop and manage plans, evaluate new opportunities, and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience in lieu of a degree.
• Five years of experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and monthly cash reconciliation workflows.
• Ensure all cash is accounted for.
• Investigate and resolve cash reconciliation discrepancies.
• Contribute to developing and managing plans, evaluating new opportunities, and optimizing performance as part of the revenue cycle operations team.
