As Manager, Marketing Services, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how SC Johnson's iconic brands connect with consumers around the world. In this highly visible role, you'll lead the evolution of our global content localization and production ecosystem, ensuring marketing content is seamlessly adapted, optimized, and delivered across international markets. Working at the intersection of creative, media, content operations, technology, and innovation, you'll partner with internal teams and external agencies to scale impactful campaigns, unlock new capabilities, and continuously improve the way content is produced and activated globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, solutions-oriented marketing leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving operational excellence behind breakthrough creative work. You'll have visibility across all centrally produced content, influence global ways of working, and help shape the future of SC Johnson's Unified Production Governance model. As part of the Creative, Content, and Technology organization, you'll collaborate with teams across the globe and support a portfolio of trusted consumer brands, enabling local marketers to deliver more relevant, effective, and engaging experiences across today's channels—and tomorrow's innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

  • Organizational and communication skills with proven ability to work with stakeholders in other countries (non-US)
  • Proven leadership in setting strategic direction and innovation in solving marketing issues

Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern SCJ’s international content localization model and ecosystem to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and growth for our brands.
  • Ensure the Unified Production Governance (UPG) model consistently addresses local marketers’ content needs, identifying areas for scalable solutions that provide hyper-local relevance.
  • Meet regularly with local marketing leaders and teams and aggregate new localized content needs and/or gaps within the localization model.
  • Bring on new localization production capabilities, optimize existing agency and partner models, and use data and technology to continuously boost quality and quantity of our creative deliverables.
  • Maintain expertise in creative and channel best practices and ensure the localization partner ecosystem optimizes accordingly.
  • Lead annual scoping for localization model
  • Own relationship with Content at Scale agency partner
  • Own relationship with in-region content production strategists
  • Support Agency Operations and Media teams with local creative agency ways of working and media partnerships
  • Ensure localization partners comply with SCJ’s workflow and DAM systems as directed
  • Partner with CIBA (Consumer Insights and Business Analytics) and Media teams to ensure all localized content is measured and optimized for creative effectiveness
