About The Position

The Media Manager, Americas, is responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support commercial objectives across the Americas region. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role will oversee media planning, agency management, campaign execution, performance analysis, and budget optimization across paid, owned, and earned media channels. The Media Manager will partner closely with Global Brand, Communications, Digital, CRM, Retail, E-Commerce, Merchandising, and external agency partners to ensure media investments support both brand desirability and business performance while maintaining Moncler’s luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in media planning, media strategy, advertising, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience working with luxury, fashion, retail, beauty, hospitality, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing media agencies and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience operating in a global and matrixed environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, programmatic, search, display, video, print, and experiential media channels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance creativity, brand storytelling, and commercial objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with media reporting and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional media strategies aligned with brand priorities, commercial objectives, product launches, and key seasonal campaigns.
  • Translate global media frameworks into locally relevant plans that support the Americas business.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to increase brand awareness, consideration, and engagement among target luxury consumers.
  • Support annual and seasonal media planning processes, including budget allocation and channel strategy recommendations.
  • Evaluate emerging media platforms and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and consumer reach.
  • Lead the execution of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor, experiential, and emerging channels.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, Communications, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to ensure all campaign assets align with brand standards and are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance throughout execution and implement optimizations as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media agencies and external media partners.
  • Evaluate media recommendations and ensure investments align with brand objectives and performance expectations.
  • Manage media negotiations, insertion orders, contracts, and agency relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media publishers, luxury platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze media performance across awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop recurring reports and executive summaries highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to continuously improve media effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with Communications, CRM, Retail, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Client Development, and Global Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Support regional store openings, client activations, product launches, events, and special projects through targeted media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and media execution across markets.
  • Manage media budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimization of return on investment.
  • Monitor spending throughout the year and identify opportunities for efficiencies without compromising brand objectives.
  • Support budget planning and reporting processes with Finance and Brand leadership.
  • Perform as a collaborative team member and actively contribute to the achievement of departmental and Company objectives.
