The Manager, Marketing and Partnerships will report to the Account Director and play a critical role in driving the strategic objectives of a financial institution partnership within the Scene+ loyalty program. This involves account management and strategic planning, supporting the Account Director with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), developing data-driven insights for account planning, tracking and reporting on key KPIs, and overseeing project and meeting management. The role ensures the seamless integration of the key account’s business objectives into operational initiatives to enhance member experience and achieve measurable results. This is a full-time, hybrid role, requiring three days per week on-site at the Toronto office.
