The Manager, Learning Operations & Effectiveness owns the operational infrastructure, systems, and data that enable Learning & Development to scale effectively and deliver measurable business impact. This role ensures learning programs are operationally sound, system-enabled, and supported by accurate, actionable data. Serving as the backbone of the L&D function, this role is responsible for learning system administration, data integrity, reporting, and effectiveness measurement. The role provides visibility into training adoption, performance outcomes, and risk—enabling informed decision-making across L&D and business leadership. This individual partners closely with Learning Programs, Frontline Capability, Field Enablement, and business stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are launched effectively, tracked consistently, and continuously improved based on data and insights.
