About The Position

As the Manager of Learning and Development in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will design and deliver the experiences that shape how new and growing associates learn, connect, and become effective in their roles. You’ll own the content, the programs, and the facilitation that bring onboarding and ongoing development to life—building from scratch where needed, improving what already exists, and always raising the bar on quality. Being part of Enterprise Adoption means you’ll sit at the heart of a team that takes how people learn seriously. You’ll work across our US, Canadian, and Mexican markets, ensuring that every associate—regardless of where they sit—gets a consistent, high-quality learning experience that genuinely prepares them to do their job well. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You have a genuine talent for building learning content—not just delivering it. You’ve created programs, curricula, and materials you’re proud of, and you can walk into a content gap and turn it into something great. You’re a confident, engaging facilitator. Live sessions are your element—you read the room, make complex things feel approachable, and people leave your trainings better prepared than when they walked in. You learn fast and teach faster. Our content is layered and evolving, and the best person in this role won’t wait to be a full expert before they start making an impact. You pick things up quickly and translate what you know into guidance that actually makes sense for your audience. You’ve worked in a corporate or business environment and understand how adult learners think. You know that engagement isn’t guaranteed—you have to earn it—and you know how to do that. You are an exceptional written and verbal communicator who can adapt your style for different audiences, whether that’s a new hire in their first week, a seasoned leader, or a team sitting in a different country.
