As the Manager of Learning and Development in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will design and deliver the experiences that shape how new and growing associates learn, connect, and become effective in their roles. You’ll own the content, the programs, and the facilitation that bring onboarding and ongoing development to life—building from scratch where needed, improving what already exists, and always raising the bar on quality. You’ll work across our US, Canadian, and Mexican markets, ensuring that every associate—regardless of where they sit—gets a consistent, high-quality learning experience that genuinely prepares them to do their job well.
