About The Position

As a Manager IT, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives while directly managing a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals. We will count on you to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive strategic priorities, ensure high-quality system delivery and maintain alignment across global teams operating in multiple time zones. Requirements

BA/BS degree required
7+ years of experience in IT
Project/Program Management of large-scale initiatives
People management (direct leadership of technical or QA teams)
Experience with AI technologies (machine learning, AIOps, intelligent automation) and ability to evaluate and guide team adoption of AI solutions
Proven experience as a working manager (balancing leadership and individual contribution)

Master’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and actively contribute to the execution of large-scale, complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned to business outcomes.
Serve as both project leader and hands-on contributor, participating in planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution.
Identify, assess and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps and status reporting for leadership, including executive-level summaries.
Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring consistent execution standards across initiatives.
