You’ll be joining CIBC’s Digital and Client Experience Technology team, where we build and enhance the digital experiences our clients rely on every day. As a Quality Engineering (QE) Consultant, you’ll lead testing activities across projects, programs, or workstreams to help ensure solutions are delivered with quality, efficiency, and the client experience in mind. You’ll be hands-on in all aspects of the testing lifecycle, from defining test strategies and plans to executing test cases, managing defects, and advancing automation opportunities. You’ll also coach and support team members, provide thoughtful input on technical designs, and help shape testing approaches that align with business and technology goals. In this role, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement by introducing modern tools, automation, and emerging capabilities that strengthen quality engineering across the team. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
