Our Quality Engineering team helps deliver reliable, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences across retail banking. As a Quality Engineering Analyst, you'll support the delivery of testing services for key initiatives spanning mobile, web, application programming interface (API), user experience, and accessibility testing. You'll plan and execute testing activities, manage defects and compliance requirements, and provide informed input on technical designs to strengthen quality outcomes. You'll also help advance our testing practices by identifying opportunities to improve processes, adopt automation, and use emerging tools that increase efficiency and consistency. Working closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other partners, you'll help ensure solutions are delivered with quality at the forefront. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
