The Newcomer Youth Connections to Success (NYCS) is a dynamic program designed to support newcomer youth (ages 15–18) in successfully transitioning into the Canadian education system and future workforce. The program focuses on building confidence, social connections, and early career direction through mentorship, skills development, and exposure to post-secondary and career pathways. The International Skills Applied to Geriatrics (ISAGE) bridge training program is delivered from the North office in partnership with George Brown College and other stakeholders. ISAGE provides internationally trained professionals with essential skills for successful integration into the Canadian labor market.
