Dave & Buster’s/Main Event is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Internal Communications & Employer Brand to support the development and delivery of clear, engaging communications that connect Team Members to the company’s strategy, culture, and priorities. This role is responsible for managing internal communications across corporate and frontline audiences, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned with the company’s brand and voice. The role will also support the development of the company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by strengthening the employer brand across internal channels and external platforms. Working closely with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Communications, this position helps ensure consistent messaging across the organization while highlighting Dave & Buster’s/Main Event as a great place to work.
