About The Position

The Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging leads delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration services and enterprise imaging platforms across SolutionHealth. The role oversees system integrations and interfaces, as well as infrastructure and platforms supporting radiology, PACS, and imaging workflows. It evaluates, analyzes, designs, implements, and supports integration and imaging solutions in partnership with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure high availability, performance, and alignment with organizational needs. The manager oversees infrastructure used to store, retrieve, and distribute medical images, ensuring diagnostic images are securely and efficiently accessible to providers and data transfers comply with HIPAA and state-specific security standards.

The manager advances interoperability, imaging platform performance, and data exchange across clinical and business systems. Epic Radiant application ownership is outside the team’s direct operational scope, but the manager collaborates closely with the Epic Radiant team and clinical application partners on imaging workflows, integrations, dependencies, upgrades, incidents, and cross-platform impacts.

As an IT Manager, this role leads teams in improving systems and technology to support efficient information flow, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency. The manager promotes a service mindset, disciplined execution, clear accountability, stable and engaged teams, shared operating standards, and delivery aligned with organizational values, governance, and patient-centered outcomes. The role connects strategy to frontline execution through people leadership, service management, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT or healthcare IT experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in service management, platform management, or digital workplace domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams in support of safe, high-quality patient care and efficient business operations.
• Own the operational health, reliability, availability, and performance of assigned services, aligned with portfolio priorities and organizational strategy.
• Lead enterprise integration platforms and imaging infrastructure, including HL7, FHIR, API-based interoperability, and PACS systems.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors regarding system maintenance, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Lead the design, development, and support of interfaces and integrations across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary applications.
• Lead operational response to integration and imaging incidents, including triage, escalation, communication, and resolution.
• Ensure Major Incident Management practices are consistently executed, particularly for incidents affecting clinical systems, imaging workflows, or patient care.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and automate integration workflows, data exchange processes, and imaging system operations.
• Optimize interface monitoring, alerting, routing, and error handling to improve reliability, performance, and supportability.
• Lead, coach, and develop individual contributors and teams, fostering accountability, engagement, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
• Reinforce disciplined planning, prioritization, and execution practices that support outcome-focused delivery.
• Collaborate with the Epic Radiant team and clinical application partners to coordinate imaging workflows, integrations, dependencies, upgrades, incident response, and cross-platform impacts.
