About The Position

The Platform Engineer is a fully contributing individual contributor in the second tier of SolutionHealth’s Platform Services engineering career ladder. The role is responsible for the reliable operation, administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise platform services, working with greater independence, technical depth, judgment, and accountability than an Associate Platform Engineer. The engineer independently carries out assigned operational, project, lifecycle, and service management work, escalating complex architecture, design, and high-risk decisions as appropriate. The role troubleshoots incidents, fulfills service requests, implements approved changes, supports patching and upgrades, contributes to automation and standardization, maintains documentation, and partners with IT peers, cybersecurity, application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The position serves as a dependable technical resource and develops toward more advanced senior engineering responsibilities. The role is hybrid and requires the employee to live locally to Manchester or Nashua, New Hampshire. Applicants requiring employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future will not be considered. Candidates must participate in the Epic Sphinx test as part of the consideration process.
