About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manager, Inside Sales and Service to join our growing team at our Calgary Fasteners Main Branch location. As the Manager, Inside Sales & Service, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a lead/supervisory or management position is required.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
• Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of our products and services.
• Self-starter who takes initiative in getting things done.
• A team player with a "can-do" attitude.

Nice To Haves

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the same or similar Industry is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers in a professional manner.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.
• Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements.
• Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
