The Inside Sales and Service Manager (ISSM) plays a strategic role in aligning the company’s sales goals for B2B Traditional Markets with the sales initiatives of the DTC (Direct to Customer) Inside Sales Team, ensuring success in building long-term customer relationships. The ISSM is a proven sales leader and understands how to translate sales processes into sales action that will drive performance. This role oversees the sales efforts of the Inside Sales Consultants by combining inbound and outbound tactics across an array of sales mediums (phone, email, social, chat, and in-person account visits) to identify, qualify and convert leads through structured, personalized interactions.
