You’ll play a key role in assembling, refining, and delivering products that support aviation and defence missions worldwide. Every detail you shape contributes to safety, precision, and performance. At CAE, our manufacturing teams play a key role in transforming innovative concepts into advanced products. In this strategic role, you will lead a multi-year manufacturing transformation, focused on modernizing operations, improving flow, and enhancing overall performance. You will work in a complex and fast-paced environment where leadership and operational excellence are critical.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in leadership and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Redesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas.
• Support transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly and testing.
• Develop and deploy standard work and planning processes.
• Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES, digital instructions).
• Improve internal logistics and material handling.
• Support inventory reduction initiatives.
• Implement Lean principles across operations.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs.
• Lead and develop industrial engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production.
