Collaborative by asking a wide range of stakeholders for input on their ideas, tests thinking, and assumptions then incorporates into functional solutions for continuous improvement. Identifies core issues within complex situations. Pauses on critical decisions to explore and consider long-term implications. Analyzes and recommends process improvements that will optimize the Vendor - DC - Store supply chain network. Manages self or a team. Constantly develops, reviews, and recommends business and engineering solutions that will: Minimize cycle time, eliminate redundant activities, assess appropriate place to perform floor ready tasks. Designs, analyzes, develops, and implements solutions for HGHS Store Operations in non-selling and selling space: Backroom, Frontend, Rest Rooms, Associate Lounge, Custodial Rooms, and other office area layouts. Continuous Improvement in overall store process. Safety and Material handling needs. Best Methods and motion economy. Engineering Labor Standards for efficient scheduling and staffing through workforce management. Labor allocation and optimization. Support of ROI analysis. Special projects. Other tasks as assigned.
