About The Position
The Management Trainee position at Everclean Car Wash is designed for motivated individuals who are willing to learn the business from the ground up and develop into future leaders. Trainees will begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning every aspect of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As they demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance, they will have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles. This is presented as a career path with opportunities to grow, lead people, and eventually manage a location.

- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Educate customers on membership options and promotions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Perform opening, closing, and operational procedures

- Learn the systems, standards, and processes used to operate a successful car wash
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching
