Reporting to the Director, HR Strategic Solutions, this role ensures specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives, requiring solid business acumen, discretion, and confidentiality. The role requires effective communication in both English and Spanish to support collaboration across global teams and stakeholders. The Manager will facilitate agile ceremonies, monitor team progress, remove obstacles, and guide the team in adopting agile ways of working. Additionally, the role includes researching industry trends, gathering and examining data for decision-making, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and assisting in preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership.
