About The Position

We are seeking a Spanish-English bilingual HR professional to support onboarding, employee communication, and HR operations in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. This role involves performing various clerical duties, maintaining employee files, organizing and preparing them for storage, providing assistance with new hire orientation, creating and distributing HR reports, offering daily HR assistance to employees, and creating/maintaining employee badges. Daily interaction with Spanish Speaking Team Members is expected, and the ability to speak, read, and translate conversational workplace communication in both English and Spanish is essential.

Requirements

  • Spanish-English bilingual is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Must be able to speak, read, and translate conversational workplace
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years equivalent experience
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to assist with onboarding and employee relations in Spanish and English
